Delete Instagram or Facebook data

Request deletion using the platform’s Apps and Websites settings, or email support. Revoking the connection stops access and scheduled publishing for the affected connection. It does not delete your entire Post Up account.

A platform data deletion request removes the relevant connection, analytics and attributable publication records. Your drafts, uploaded files and other platforms remain. Legacy records without reliable account attribution require review. A minimal request receipt is retained for status tracking and retry handling, without access tokens.

Delete your entire Post Up account

Sign in, open Studio → Settings → Delete account, and complete email verification. This deletes your account, uploaded media and associated data through the existing verified deletion process.

For help or if you cannot sign in, email us. Include your confirmation code if available; never send passwords or access tokens. We verify ownership before manual deletion. postup.support@gmail.com
