- Create and authenticate Post Up accounts.
- Connect social media accounts with your authorization.
- Store and manage uploaded content and saved posts.
- Publish content immediately or process scheduled posts at your request.
- Display account connection and publication status information.
- Maintain service security, investigate errors, and respond to support requests.
4. Social Media Integrations
Post Up connects supported social media accounts through official authorization processes provided by the relevant platforms, including Instagram and, when available, TikTok.
When you authorize a connection, Post Up processes the account information and access permissions necessary to provide the features you request.
We do not require your social media password to connect your account through these official authorization processes.
Publishing features are subject to each platform's permissions, technical requirements, and availability.
5. Authorization Tokens and Security
Authorization tokens are used to perform actions that you approve, such as publishing content to a connected account.
Post Up handles sensitive connection credentials on the server and restricts access through application and database access controls.
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Storage and Service Providers
Post Up uses third-party infrastructure and technology providers to operate the website, authenticate users, store information and media, and process scheduled publishing tasks.
These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services. Uploaded content is transmitted to connected social media platforms when publication is requested.
7. Sharing of Information
We disclose information as necessary to provide requested services, communicate with authorized social media platforms, work with service providers, comply with applicable legal requirements, or protect the security of Post Up.
We do not sell users' personal information.
8. Publishing and Scheduling
Post Up stores the information required to manage saved and scheduled posts, including uploaded media, captions, selected platforms, and publication times.
Publishing may be delayed or fail because of network issues, expired authorization, platform restrictions, or other technical circumstances.
9. Disconnecting Social Media Accounts
You can disconnect supported social media accounts through the account management features available in Post Up.
Disconnecting an account removes its active connection from Post Up and prevents new publishing through that connection. A publication already being processed may not be reversible.
Disconnecting does not automatically delete content previously published on the social media platform.
10. Account Deletion
Post Up provides a Delete Account option in the Accounts section.
Account deletion requires confirmation and is designed to remove the user's Post Up account, saved posts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, and associated connection records.
Deletion may be subject to technical limitations and information that must be retained under applicable law.
Deleting a Post Up account does not automatically remove content already published on Instagram, TikTok, or another third-party platform.

11. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, manage publishing activities, address operational and security needs, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed.
12. Your Privacy Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
We may request reasonable verification of your identity before fulfilling sensitive account or privacy requests.

13. Third-Party Services
Connected social media platforms operate independently from Post Up. Their own terms of service and privacy policies apply to information processed through their services.
