1. About Post Up

Post Up is a social media management platform that enables users to create, manage, schedule, and publish content to supported social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, subject to platform availability and permissions.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use Post Up and meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements of any connected social media platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.

3. Connected Social Media Accounts

Post Up connects to supported social media services through their official authorization processes. By connecting an account, you authorize Post Up to perform actions that you request within the permissions granted by the connected platform.

You may disconnect supported accounts through available account management controls. Disconnecting an account may prevent pending posts from being published to that platform.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Post Up permission to store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws, copyright, intellectual property rights, or the rules of connected platforms.

5. Publishing and Scheduling

Post Up provides tools for publishing content immediately or scheduling publication for a selected date and time.

We aim to process scheduled posts at their selected times, but publication may be delayed or unsuccessful due to technical issues, network interruptions, expired authorization, platform restrictions, or service outages.

A scheduled post is not a guarantee of successful publication.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Post Up to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, bypass security controls, misuse platform integrations, or interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Instagram, TikTok, and other connected services operate independently of Post Up. Their terms, privacy policies, technical restrictions, and availability also apply when you use their services.

Post Up is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or changes to third-party integrations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service or successful publication of every post.

9. Account Closure and Data Requests

You may request account closure or deletion of your personal information by contacting our support team.

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.

Content already published on a third-party platform is not automatically removed when your Post Up account is closed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform policies. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date.
